Third Thursdays
The Kaplan Humanities Institute is launching a new series of faculty get-togethers on the third Thursday of each month. These will take many forms, all of which we hope will help generate community, connections, good will, and good cheer!
All Third Thursdays take place from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at the Kaplan Institute, Kresge Hall #2350.

Another chance to meet up with colleagues over sips and snacks! Join us for some casual conversation with colleagues and friends at the end of the week. Pop in after your class/committee meeting/whatever you’ve got going and unwind!
This week, we'll hear "flash" talks from three new faculty:

and Yujay Davina Masah (Black Studies Librarian),
with plenty of time for conversation to follow!

Our first Third Thursday will be a New Faculty Focus — Three faculty from different departments will talk for a few minutes about an object of interest in their research or teaching, accompanied by sips and snacks and conversation with all.
