Friends and Neighbors
Is there a Chicagoland colleague you’d like to bring to campus for a talk? A driving-distance compatriot with whom you’d like to organize a workshop for your students?
Kaplan is launching a new Friends and Neighbors lecture and collaboration series to make it easier for faculty to strengthen your local intellectual networks. Just send us (hum.director@northwestern.edu) an email with a brief outline of your event and guest and we’ll provide up to $1,000, enough to cover an honorarium, dinner, and local transportation!
